About the Report.
What is the Almost Weekly Report? Well, it’s quite simple really. It started out as a way to keep family and friends updated on a journey. But slowly and gradually it has expanded and grown bit by bit. The basic idea is the same, however the hope is that it will enrich people’s lives with some of the basic experiences that I have had.

About the Creator.
Caleb This site was the brain child of Caleb Zylstra. Starting with the simple thought “what should I call my blog” came the train of thought “I’m not going to post every day or even every week. But almost weekly. And so the almost weekly report was created.

As Caleb journey’d through life, he got busier and the blogging got lesser. When he did sit down to write he was faced with a challenge. “what do I write about when my life consists of school. People don’t want to hear about what I’m learning in class?” This thought changed the identity of the Report as he would know it.

What About Now?
By branching out and separating the experiences of the week from the more personal moments of life, the Report was able to move to a new format. Here at almostweeklyreport.com you will find Happenings, those experiences of life that make us smile; Musings, the deep thoughts which come out of our experiences; and much more.
